Steve Hibbert is Chairman and Non-Exec Director of many businesses including Vanrooyen EPS Limited and is the owner of Private Equity House Pinnacle who backed VR's plans. Steve brings to the VR team 27 years of solid success within business. When Martin Rylands presented the business plan to me over 4 years ago, I backed it immediately as the passion, flair and determination to succeed was evident in the very first meeting with the VR team and their attention to detail is simply first class.

Martin brings with him a wealth of varied knowledge having worked in the motor trade for over 14 years. He specialises in anything Italian (Ferrari being his true passion) but has experience working with a host of the world's most well-known sports and performance manufacturers. The Vanrooyen name originates from Martins family, a name he wants to become synonymous in the prestige automotive sector for offering the highest levels of customer service, with an honest and open approach to business. Martin sold his first Ferrari at the tender age of 24!

Glen has always been around cars from an early age, selling cars and Motorbikes on Auto Trader (he actually advertised in the first ever Auto Trader magazine). From his home, at the tender age of 19, he started in the motor trade as a valeter for a local car dealer and after 4 years with them he soon realized he was a great communicator and could sell cars. As soon as Glen had worked his way up through valeting to mechanical and service and then sales he then started his own car sales business with money he had saved and a little bank loan. Initially the Sales and Admin was taken care of by his then girlfriend's father (now his wife) who was an accountant then several years later they became business partners and had a successful car showroom for many years. Glen and Steve over the years became good friends and shared their passion for Cars, Speed Boats and Motorbikes, once Glens Father in law retired glen then had a business opportunity to acquire a Daily Car and Van Rental and Contract Hire and Leasing Company and he successfully built this over many years with the help of his two daughters. Glen joined the company in May 2013 and has helped grow the company over the last few years to turning over in excess of £18 million per year as well as a reputation that is second to none for customer satisfaction and supplying only the very best vehicles, our ethos is to be the best and "nothing is too much trouble".

Andrew has over 15 years' experience at main dealer level including prestige marques such as Aston Martin and BMW, with the former being his favoured brand he is our resident expert for all things Aston! Andy also specialises in all areas of automotive funding, and works closely with our funding partners to make sure that our clients are getting the very best finance options to suit their needs. Andrew is also known for his hyper attention to detail, only the most perfect car will pass his inspection!

Neville joined Vanrooyen bringing with him over 25 years of motor trade knowledge, he has worked and ran dealerships for some of the best-known manufactures in the automotive industry, and has customer care at the very core of his priority's. Neville specialises in new and used car sales, and also has years of experience in valuing vehicles. Gregg has worked in the motor trade for over 15 years mainly based at main dealers such as Mercedes Benz and BMW in both new and used cars. His work ethic and dedication makes him a perfect in to the VR team. During his spare time Gregg can often be found spending time with his family and friends. He also has a keen interest in civil aviation aircraft as well as a soft spot for his beloved rugby team Warrington Wolves.

Andy has previously worked in Finance and for Autotrader, Andy will do everything in his power to find your perfect dream car and give you the best options financially. Andy is an avid fan of all things motorsport and even used to coach drivers at Oulton Park!

Matt has 10 months previous experience in sales at Hyundai but saw a great opportunity at VR when our Chester site opened. Matt loves his modified cars which is why the majority of cars he sells are modified hot hatches! In the past Matt would detail cars in his spare time but soon realised he had great people skills and really got hooked on the thought of selling cars instead of working at Eddie Stobart's.

Having spent the majority of my years involved in sport, in particular football, I completed a sports coaching degree at university with the ambition of entering a career in PE teaching. This following a spell In professional and semi-professional football. A decision to consider a new career outside of education was made, and following a number of discussions about Vanrooyen and the work that is being done here with Steve Hibbert I jumped at the opportunity to become a part of the VR family, and this passionately ambitious company.
Although still very early into my sales career, all expectations of this role have already been surpassed. It’s a joy to work amongst a fantastic team of people who have a vast amount of experience within the motor industry, and I’m enjoying the learning process. Meeting new people daily is a great joy. Although standards are extremely high here at VR, this is anything but a job.
Dave brings his experience from working in the motor trade for 21 years and used to work on VR-EPS's site when it used to be Two Mills Honda for 16 years! Dave enjoys handing over the cars he sells as he loves the excitement of someone coming to collect their new car.

Chloe Joined the VR Team in 2014 shortly after coming home from working overseas in Dubai! She always desired supercars and saw Vanrooyen as a great opportunity for a career change closer to home. Since she started, she has completed her NVQ Level 2 &3 in Business Administration and also her Level 3 NVQ Business Management. Chloe administers our vehicle sales, personalized registration transfers and deals largely with client aftercare, registering vehicle warranties and making sure each and every customer feels satisfied right until the end of the buying process.

Becky brings her knowledge from her previous job administrating in the motor trade. Currently Becky handles everything in the background for VR-EPS and keeps it all running smoothly, including setting up all of our warranties, changing keeper details and so on.

Sales Apprentice Executive
Joel brings to VR EPS his knowledge and background working within BMW/Audi specialist garages, with a passion for all things cars. He currently maintains and organises our quality used cars and helps ensure that every single customer handover is a successful one and keeping all of our followers on social media updated with new stock and finance offers. Also Joel is the face behind the camera for all of our photos for our cars! Joel also has a passion for bikes and F1 Motorsports.

Pete brings a wide range of past knowledge and experience to the workshop and strives to check all of our cars thoroughly and stringently. If a car doesn’t pass Pete’s inspection it will not go up for sale until it is ready. Pete has had a number of years in the trade and still strives for perfection.
