I came to VR EPS for the 7th time recently, this time to purchase my sons first car. If I need a new car this is the only place you will find me. The Micra is the perfect car for my son, he's been out in it for the first time - he's using it to learn how to drive. It suits him really well and he likes it a lot. He is chuffed! Over time I've met a few of the salesmen and all of them are hands down the most genuine people I have ever met. Martin, the owner, is simply brilliant, and so genuine. Simon and Nick and just as great, very very good at their job. I will continue to tell people where I get my cars from and how good the service is here, not to mention the reliability of their stock. I stumbled upon an advert at 9am on a Sunday morning a couple of weeks ago for a car I was considering after the sale of mine. I emailed my interest and before lunch a test drive had been arranged for later that day. We arrived at the showroom to be greeted by the Director Glen with a smile, a coffee and the keys to the car that we liked. We were given time to browse all the amazing cars at leisure and indulge in my favourite topic of conversation, cars and motorbikes! We loved our test drive but needed to sell my car. Glen offered to assist in the sale and within days my car was sold. I ended up trying a few of the exceptional models in stock, no pressure, no salesmen or women just friendly helpful car loving people. I really was spoiled for choice and decided on a totally different style of car in the end. I took it out for a test drive which lasted 3 hours! I feel sure I will take it back for another car from them when I’ve had my fun, their cars are so carefully picked I was assured they will gladly resell it and assist in my next purchase. I’m a life long car junky and have experienced endless showroom sales tactics, pressures, let downs and failures however at Vanrooyen I was treated with nothing but a professional, efficient and genuine friendly service. I’d like to think I will become a life long customer and friend of Vanrooyen. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
