Excellent service. I got an Aston Martin Vantage. I haven't used it too much yet, but it's a lovely vehicle and I've been impressed with VR EPS from start to finish. I have no complaints. Everything was on time and I didn't experience any delays. They did have to take the car back because a fault came up, but they resolved it quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone. This is a dealership that truly cares about the cars they sell and their customers.

Recently purchased a Fiesta, everything has been perfect with it so far, it was a really quick turnaround, put a deposit down on the first day and came back the following day to collect the vehicle. When I picked it up it was all ready for me. It had been valetted and looked lovely. I am really pleased with the service I received, I have no complaints.

From start to finish it has been a faultless, perfect experience. I got the train down and the guys came and picked me up from the train station, they made me feel welcome by showing me around and making me a cup of coffee. I then took the car for a test drive and I was very pleased with it. The lad that I dealt with was great, very helpful and efficient. The car itself is a dream I couldn't be more pleased with it. Car was cleaned spotlessly for me when I picked it up, the staff were all really helpful and made sure anything I needed I had. I did have some issues with my Sat Nav getting to the dealership, however once I was there everything was fine, no issues at all.

Came across the dealership while looking online for G-wagons, went to view the same day, everything was as pictured and described, nothing hidden. Where to even start? I couldn't be happier with my Land Rover Discover it's a lovely car, and while I haven't had the chance to tow the caravan yet, I'm looking forward to when I get around to it. The service I received while I was at the dealership has been outstanding. Glen provided great communication throughout the whole process, always being quick to respond. He followed through on everything he promised, which I really appreciated. Despite living in Warrington for years without knowing about this dealership, I'm glad I found them now. I previously had a Jaguar XF, and it was reliable and never gave me any issues, so when I was ready for an upgrade, I went straight to VR EPS Warrington to have a look at what they had available. I was able to look around the forecourt at my own pace without any pressure to make a decision. I knew I wanted another Jag, and luckily for me, they had an F-Pace, which was an incredible motor. I was able to take it for a test drive, and this sealed the deal. The car drove like a dream, and both the interior and exterior were in immaculate condition. Rob was brilliant and truly went the extra mile. I part exchanged my car, which had a private number plate, and he took care of all the details to transfer it to my uncle's car as a special gift. The entire process was seamless, with no issues at any stage. During the handover, the car was immaculate"”exactly as promised. The team at VR EPS Warrington have been brilliant so far. I had an issue with the driver side wing mirror motor, which is currently in repair at the moment with Landrover. The part should be in shortly and it'll be back on the road in no time at all. Sam, Jack, and Martin have been fantastic throughout. They sorted me out a BMW to use in the meantime. It's refreshing to see that a car dealership actually cares about their customers.

So far I'm loving my new car, I was recommended by our finance broker to check out VR EPS Warrington after having a bad experience with another dealership. My experience was completely different with VR EPS and I walked away with a great Land Rover for my wife. Martin was the first person I spoke to about the Polestar 2 Plus. I was after an electric car, and I felt as though the car chose us rather than we chose it. Jack kindly took me on a test drive, which went extremely well. The team gave the car a quick once-over before I drove it away to prevent any unexpected surprises. They said if there are any issues, come directly back to them and they will address them no matter how big or how small, which I found reassuring.

Happy with my new Mini Countryman. I've seen it a few times with me living around the corner from VR EPS Warrington. My brother came around, and I made the decision to go and view it, dragging him along in the process. It looked even better close up and I loved the colour it came in, which sealed the deal for me. The only reason for giving 4 stars is because the car was meant to come with a fresh MOT but it wasn't done in time before collecting it. I did receive a discount off an MOT though, to make up for it.

Honestly, as a customer I have never been tret so well. Glen was a wonderful gent throughout the purchase of our Mercedes, We had a similar one that we part exchanged but it was time for a upgrade. Glenn wasn't pushy, answered all questions and gave us time too look around the car. Service like this is hard to come by but it was a pleasure to spend money with them. Today I took the car out for the first time with the roof down and it was glorious, I absolutely love the car and would buy a car from VR EPS again, I would happily give them 10 stars if I could.

Really pleased with the Kia Sportage and so far I'm getting on just fine with no problems at all. My son uses it more often, especially for football, and he's had no issues either. Sam, the salesman, was excellent and incredibly helpful. He even delivered the car to us, and it arrived on time, which was spot on all round. There were a few complications with the finance, but Sam spent hours sorting it all out for me.

I needed a new weekend motor and VR EPS in Warrington were my first choice. They had a massive variety of cars within my budget and all the sort of things I was looking for, I was spoiled for choice. I had a BMW 2 Series for a while and loved the car to death but time for a change and I didn't want to take anything I would consider a downgrade. I saw a really nice Mercedes E Class, the car was in excellent condition and I was drawn to the shape and style of the interior. The car is leaps and bounds above the 2 series, I look forward to the weekend even more knowing I can hang up the van keys and travel in style for a while. Martin was excellent, a really great guy and pleasure to deal with too.

With a new edition to our family, we needed to make a change from the M140 which I had before, it wasn't very family friendly. We found a nice, new Golf at VR EPS Warrington and it's the same BHP as the M140 but has all wheel drive instead of just rear wheel so it grip to the road a lot better and feels like the perfect family car for us. I dealt with Martin, Sam and Simon all in all and can't fault the service across the board, There were issues with the finance companies, some didn't want to lend to me and other had no issue with it but the lads were all very helpful and couldn't do enough for me. The perfect car and perfect service to match.

I have purchased that many cars from Martin and the guys at VR EPS Warrington, he knows us all on first name basis and it's always a pleasure to come down, look at some cars and have a catch up. I have just purchased my 4th Q7 from Martin, I love the cars and feel they are so much more reliable than the other cars in it's class. I also had a Range Rover from Martin, my 3 kids are all of driving age and have had cars too, so has my wife. This here is my 4th Audi TT I have owned and I am loving driving my new car! I am a big fan of the TT's evidently, they really suit me and my personality. It seems absolutely flawless and Rob has been exceptionally attentive with any little issues I have had along the way. This is the 1st automatic TT I have had an Rob even helped teach me how to drive automatic because I told him how worried I was about test driving it. The service was superb, really professional and it didn't feel like I was being sold a car, not pushy at all. I am exceedingly happy with Rob, the VR EPS team and my new Audi A7, it's a beautiful car, runs very well and is like nothing else I have ever drove before. The process hasn't been without hiccups, the adaptive cruise control stopped working which surprised me as I hadn't drove the car that much at all. I had some issues with the RAC warranty and the garage they recommended. I eventually gave up, bit the bullet and booked in at quick fit to get the car re-calibrated. I also wasn't to impressed with the cleanliness of the car. I have spoken to a lad called Haydon today and he is going to speak to the team and see what he can do to get everything sorted for me, if the quickfit costs can be covered and the valet costs too, I will happily rate 5 Star because everything else has been perfect, I am really happy with Rob and how he dealt with me, he was very personable yet professional, it's just the warranty and the valeting which could do with a look.

I have had BMW's Mercedes, M3s, C-Class, and other similar cars, this X4 is the first SUV I have had and it's taken me a few weeks to get to grips with it. I love the car to pieces and I have really enjoyed the learning process, it's looks great, although, I expect nothing less from BMW cars and I was very pleased with how I was looked after by the VR EPS team. Nothing more to say, 10 out of 10 for VR EPS Warrington.

I am a returning customer to me, the biggest thing with buying used cars is finding a dealership your can trust. I purchased an Audi A5 from VR EPS Warrington some time ago, the car was spotless and the service exemplary. The service has no relented this time round and has been overall a really professional and friendly experience. There are a couple minor issues which I hadn't noticed with the car, the back wiper needs replacing which will cost me about £15 and I am still awaiting my V5C. Haydon is going to look into weather this is a DVLA delay or dealership issue and also try get the wiper paid for as a good will gesture. Can't fault the lads before during and after the sale. It was Stan first time round and it was Rob taking care of me more recently.

I am still absolutely blown away by the service at VR EPS. I was dealing with a highly knowledgeable chap called Glen, he was outstanding to be completely honest with you. He was an incredible salesman, full to the brim of knowledge, really knew his stuff. He was approachable, kind and easy to get along with/talk to. I was really lucky and even got a tour round the show room, unfortunately my budget didn't stretch that far, but it was insane to see what they have in stock there! I knew of VR EPS Warrington before I went there, I knew about the dealership though a family relative. I had a good look around and made a purchase, I chose the Mercedes A Class, which I can not forget to mention is a very nice car. I do thoroughly enjoy driving it. I came from a Golf but the A Class is such an upgrade. Getting used to the A Class had been more then enjoyable and like a breath of fresh air. The team were great! The sale was smooth, we didn't have any hurdles or problems along the way, the lads understood the assignment, no messing around. The staff around the dealership were happy to help as and when with anything I need. The experience was that good I must of told all of my friends who are in the marker for a new motor about VR EPS. I'd been searching for a Mercedes GLA for 2-3 weeks when I saw one I liked at VR EPS. My husband & I drove down to the dealership to be greeted by Simon. Upon arrival to the garage I spotted a gorgeous Land Rover Discovery Sport and my woman's intuition told me I just had to have it. I'd not driven a Land Rover previously, so Simon urged me to take it for a test drive before proceeding. Having always owned Mercedes GLA's, the Discovery Sport felt much bigger in comparison, but I loved all the extra space it had to offer. I'm so glad I made the switch...I think my husband is too as he now drives the car more than me! Thanks to Simon & the team for going above and beyond - we're absolutely thrilled.

I don't think the transition from diesel to electric could have been made any easier! It's my first electric car so I was worried about adapting to the change, but the only difference is that I have to put it on charge. One thing that I didn't know about owning an electric car was how cheap they are to run. It was Glen who looked after me throughout the sale and he couldn't have done enough for me, he even helped with the paperwork to switch my private plate over. 100% an easy 5*

He answered all of my questions that I had about the Audi A4 and what really gave me a lot of faith in the dealership was the fact that he was so transparent with me and told me EVERYTHING about the car, so it was presented to me as advertised. Went to see the car, it was in immaculate condition and was offered a test drive. Whilst taking it out Simon had a look around my car I was trading in. All very efficient going through the sales and paperwork side. Was given a relatively competitive price for the trade in and agreed a price. The Bentley Bentayga was absolutely perfect before I crashed it! With living in London I had to change my car. I had an old Land Rover Discovery but I would of had to pay £12 a day to drive it with having the ultra low emissions zones, I decided to go for the new Discovery which is a lot more economical. I have done around 2000 miles in the Hyundai I30, and every mile has been a pleasure! Its surprisingly very comfy when driving, and spacious! From driving the car, I've found it handles incredible well on corners, its a fast motor too, it sure does shift when you want it to! I have had a lot of cars in my time and I can say the GLC is one of the lowest spec cars I have owned but it still drives a dream. I have owned M5, RS6's, Bentley's but the Mercedes GLC Class is still a great running car. The car maybe considered a 'downgrade' to what I am used to but this time round when it came to exchanging cars, I needed something a little more 'sensible'. My Audi A1 is running smoothly, and I've had no issues with it. I thought I had a flat tire at one point, but it turned out to just be me and it wasn't flat, haha. Overall, I'm enjoying driving it and find it quite lovely, especially compared to my previous Nissan Juke. It's a bit smaller but nippier, which I appreciate. This dealership itself is immense! The showroom is incredible, its pristine clean and the cars are immaculate. There is clearly a high standard of care taken to maintain this, it creates a prestigious environment for customers to feel comfortable when purchasing their new car. It was a like a day out for a kid in a toy shop visiting the site and picking my new Land Rover. I chose black exterior with the extra's and it is beautiful, I'm thoroughly enjoying it and it would be fair to say, I find any excuse possible to get behind the wheel. Can't recommend highly enough
Martin has been brilliant from the very start to the end. He has done nothing but help me out and do everything he said he would do. I got a 12 month warranty on the Range Rover and anything that I have needed doing has been done with no questions asked, the prep process was thorough and detailed. When I go out to a nice restaurant and enjoy my meal, I like to either speak with the manager or chef and let them know what a fantastic job they did... that is exactly what I am going to do with VR EPS, I think they have been absolutely fantastic! The car itself has been marvellous, I couldn't be happier with it! The day after I got the car I noticed a small crack in the window screen, however, we didn't know when this had happened, so we came to a gentleman's agreement and went 50/50 on the excess price, so I couldn't have asked for much more from them. I would highly recommend VR EPS.

Things could not be better
My Range Rover Evoque is a lovely car, I am ecstatic with it, it runs like clockwork, and feels fantastic to drive. I did the whole purchase online as I live 300 miles away from their showroom but I found it very easy and simple to do, the website is easy to navigate and the communication was very good. I recently moved over to the electric side and swapped my Audi Q5 for a brand new electric Porsche Taycan, being the first electric car I have owned, I was a hesitant as to what to expect. The car is beautiful to drive I'm super pleased with it and its performance. The showroom is spectacular they have some seriously stunning cars on display there. Its not very often you deal with the owner of a business, not when its as prestige as VR EPS. I must say these guys are absolutely marvellous, what they do them lads are golden. Ill be back to buy another car, you know this. They are so so great at what they do, what a good team! Buying cars these days is hard work.. is what I thought before taking myself to VR EPS. My opinion completely changed when I came to VR for my VW Golf. Honestly, I was in and out in a hour. The sale was stress free, so easy and not to mention how sleek and straight-forward it was. I asked for the gear box to be service, they did it with no hassle what so ever. I noticed a tiny crack in the windscreen, mentioned it once and you best believe I have a brand new window screen put in. Everything I put on these guys or asked for, they did without any hesitation. I've wanted a Golf for some time now and I have always talked myself out of it, but it just so happens it was the right car at the right time and the right car at the right price. Simon was bang on, couldn't of asked for anything more! Honestly the best around!

Keep up the good work!
So far so good with the Audi A8! Its my second A8 and it is everything I expected it to be. Initially I was dealing with Simon then it was passed over to Rob and he carried the sale amazingly, both staff members were absolutely spot on! The entire sales process was very very smooth and easy, it ran just like clockwork! These guys are highly responsive - for example- updating me each day on where my log book is which is greatly appreciated. I came to Vanrooen in hope I would find what I was looking for. Luckily, I came across a Mercedes C- Class that was in brilliant condition. I was so happy with the shape, the style and the drive of the C Class, I knew the car was for me straight away! I would just like to mention, Glen, he was truly amazing, no messing around he knew what our needs were and he did not faf about with anything, he was straight to the point which I liked. The extra mile
I could not of asked the team down at VR EPS for more or better customer service. Honestly this is the best customer service I have received anywhere, not just when buying a car. The first time I wen't down to the dealership in Warrington I had a little look around the showroom which was beautiful and an experience in itself. Simon went above and beyond for me, I was on maternity leave and I didn't have a car so it was a struggle for me to get to VR EPS. Simon took that into consideration and actually brought the Audi Q7 to me, for me to test drive. I was blown away at this point, ive never seen anything like it. Simon went through everything with me and was so accommodating. The first time I actually came down to the dealership it was just before closing time, very close to closing time in fact, Simon and the team did not miss any information about the car its self and did not rush me at all. When I picked up the car, I noticed a small scratch, (nothing major) on the window, the next week the whole window was replaced with no quibble or questions asked. I received absolute 10/10 customer service and I will ALWAYS look at their website if i'm in need of a new car! The first place I will go, always.

Purchasing the Range Rover from VR EPS in Warrington was a great experience! We got the spec we wanted which we are over the moon about. 7th time and it wont be the last!
I came to VR EPS for the 7th time recently, this time to purchase my sons first car. If I need a new car this is the only place you will find me. The Micra is the perfect car for my son, he's been out in it for the first time - he's using it to learn how to drive. It suits him really well and he likes it a lot. He is chuffed! Over time I've met a few of the salesmen and all of them are hands down the most genuine people I have ever met. Martin, the owner, he is simply brilliant, and so genuine. Simon and Nick and just as great, very very good at their job. I will continue to tell people where I get my cars from and how good the service is here, not to mention the reliability of their stock. Martin the man!
What an experience at VR EPS! I mean, its not the best time to buy a Ferrari California when its raining all the time but is there ever a wrong time to buy a car like that? I think not. I have to be honest, I can not wait to drive it in summer and I am very much looking forward to it! I was lucky enough to be dealing with the owner of the company, Martin! He was pretty good, I will give him that, his knowledge is out of this world, there's not a single thing he doesn't know about cars. Its nice to deal with a fellow petrol head. Absolutely incomparable!
From the bottom of my heart... wow. The best service I have ever had, like ever. This is not like any other place in the world not even just talking about the sale, I mean everything. The dealership itself is incredible, the interior, the chairs you sit on even they were comfy! When I say everything I mean it. I just want to talk about how amazing they were with my kids, kept them busy, give them things to do, made them feel so welcome, they were so kind to my children and that made my experience before we had even gone ahead with the sale. We found the Seat on auto trader, it was exactly what we wanted and needed. The whole process was made extremely easy, I didn't need to lift a finger, the communication was on point at all times. An all rounder!
After a lengthy search for the GLC-Class I wanted, we came to Vanrooyen after seeing the perfect one advertised! We had to get a closer look, that very day I can say I fell in a love with a car. The presentation of the vehicle was truly stunning, the body work, the interior, the finish, the detail... absolutely everything. I don't think there was on bit the car that didn't look 10/10. As good as new
I am absolutely thrilled with this dealership, the customer definitely comes first. The team are attentive and very helpful. The salesman who I dealt with in particular knew the ins and outs of the car I had come to see off the back of his hand and was able to answer all my questions then and there. No one is perfect but these guys are pretty close so I'm going to give them four stars! I was very happy with the car buying experience I had at VR EPS, when I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome and the car I has come to see (a Kia Sportage) was sitting waiting for me. I spent some time with the car and found it to be in great condition and very clean. After a generous test drive I decided to move forward with the purchase. Buying the car was very easy, all the paperwork was explained thoroughly and the team couldn't do enough for me. The Sportage has been great since I bought it home, not a single problem to be found.

Not a single problem to by found with my Golf, it is an amazing car. I love how it drives and sounds! Personal car buying experience
I always tell anyone in the market for a new car to come to VR EPS. I have bought cars from both Martin and Nick and they are brilliant. You get nothing but great service from the team. They are honest, always responsive and have a great set up. There is nothing I can think that they can improve on - their attitude is different to that elsewhere. I got to spend a reasonable amount of time with the car before I bought it and the process is as simple as it can be. I really like that they use WhatsApp to communicate and send videos with answers - this felt much more personal. I will be giving VR EPS 5 stars, the level of availability and interaction I was able to have was second to none and showed me that they really care about their customers.

I am the type of person that if you are a pushy with me I will just walk away, I do not like that style of sales. VR EPS was not like that at all they were helpful and informative and the there was a relaxed atmosphere - it was a pleasure buying with them to be honest! I have been buying cars from these guys since 2017 and everyone has been handed over in a lovely condition even from a little Renault Captur for my partner when the other branch was open in Chester. I am about on double figures on the cars I've owned from Martin and Glen and to be honest they are some of the best cars I've owned as they all had some unique character from a famous person previously owning them to fully specced 335d that had every option ticked on the order form from new and even more. So if they haven't got what you see just ask as they have contacts stretching the length and breadth of the country. Even some motorbikes. But at VR you will always be made to feel welcome and I wouldn't say they are your pushy. Sales guys but they are out to make money or they wouldn't be doing their job. So go over and have a look around they will make you a cuppa as that's what we do in the north west Cheers guys

My Audi R8 is not the first car I have had from VR EPS but it is certainly up there with one of the best! I've got no issues with the Merc, it's like my little pride and joy, I love the car. Everyone was great, I didn't think much at first because I've been to other dealers that aren't as good as these but I couldn't fault vr eps.
